TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The prices above are based on a maximum of 8 people staying. If you are making a booking more than eight weeks before the start of the rental, we will hold it as provisional for five days, to allow you time to send us a deposit of £250 to secure the rental. You will be required to pay the outstanding balance eight weeks before the start date of the rental. If you are making a booking within eight weeks of the start date of the rental, you will need to pay the full cost of the rental immediately.

A refundable damage deposit of £300 will also be taken when the outstanding or full balance is paid.This deposit is to cover the cost of major damage, not general wear and tear or minor breakages, and is normally refunded within seven days of departure, into the account for which you have provided details on the booking form. Payments can be made by direct transfer or cheque. Please note, no pets are allowed at this property and there is no landline telephone.

CANCELLATION:

The following cancellation charges will apply: There is no charge for cancellations made more than eight weeks before the rental start date. For cancellations made more than four weeks before the rental start date: 50% of total rental. For cancellations made fewer than four weeks before the start date: 100% of total rental.
